These terms apply to the WEM Life website, app and Hives, operated by [company name, address]. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give true details. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at Delete account.

Renting a vehicle

  • You need a valid driving licence for the vehicle and must upload your ID and licence before your first rental.
  • The price, deposit and cancellation rules shown at checkout apply. See the cancellation policy.
  • Check-in and return include an inspection with photos. Damage found at return can be charged against the deposit.
  • Vehicles may be located by GPS during the rental to protect the vehicle and help you in an emergency.
  • Use the vehicle carefully, follow traffic law and the vehicle rules, and don't lend it to anyone who isn't named on the booking.

Listing your vehicle

Owners list vehicles under the owner terms [link or annex]. We review listings, take a commission and pay out earnings after completed rentals.

Shops, HotBees and partners

Orders are contracts with the shop shown at checkout. Partner discounts are offered by the partners themselves.

Community

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, illegal content or sharing other people's personal data. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Liability
